Body's writing: an history older than the 'ideal eternal history'

ABSTRACT
This essay points out the existence of two different typologies of history within the New Science. The one is 'spiritual', connected to the Jewish-Christian religious tradition, whereas the other is 'material' and regards the body. The latter is genealogy, or genealogic history, rather than history; it is closer to myth's fantasy than to history's logic, to the contingency of possible than to the factuality of real.
