RIASSUNTO
Il tema del corpo viene seguito attraverso le opere di Vico, dalle poesiegiovanili all'ultima Scienza nuova, in un costante rapporto con la "mens"e con l'"animus". Pur esprimendo di per sé divisione e isolamento, quandoil corpo viene assunto nell'"animus" come corporeità, rivela la suavalenza relazionale e produttiva allinterno della società.

ABSTRACT
The theme of body in its relationship with “mens” and “animus” is traced through Vico's works, beginning from the juvenile poems up to the last edition of the Scienza nuova. The body, according to Vico, expresses division and isolation, still, if it is embraced by the “animus” in terms of corporeity, it unbounds its relational value for human society.
